PikoClaw is the open-source answer: an air-gapped, stdlib-only knowledge multi-tool inspired by the Karkinos pen-tester pattern. Four capabilities — Ingest, Graph, Thread, Export — applied to any corpus you own. PDFs, Slack archives, email troves, Notion exports, codebases, meeting transcripts. It runs offline. It leaves no telemetry. It produces a graph you can hand to the next person who needs to know what your company actually knows.

Claude, ChatGPT, Computer, Manus, and Geryon each operate as specialised surfaces with explicit role boundaries — only @GitHub pushes code, every write carries an Authored-by trailer, public posts and production merges are HITL-gated. The result: a swarm that audits itself, on cron, with a canonical canvas mirrored to Notion. It is how this site got rebuilt in hours.
